Have you ever heard of the practice of fasting in the water?

Have you ever heard of the practice of fasting in the water?

water is life,?

water fasting?

water is organic?

water is an element?

water is polar

water is polar or non polar?

what if water goes in lungs?

what if water gets in your lungs?

constipation cure.

diabetes cure.

It is a type of fast in which everything but water is restricted.
The majority of people only water fast for up to 72 hours, but what if they did it for the rest of their lives?
I assume you'd be fine.
Yes, not much, haha.
Water, hey, is pretty significant.
Additionally, I mean absolutely essential when I say pretty important.
60% of your body is water.
Now, there are a few significant advantages to drinking water.
It may lower the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.
Doesn't it sound wonderful?
Do you think you could try this diet that only uses water?
Could you?
Although I admire your enthusiasm, I have some bad news.
You have 70 days.
Tops.
You'd feel fine when you started your diet only of water.
Even better.
You would begin to experience hunger, rage, or, as the scientific community refers to it, hunger pangs.
This is due to the fact that your body would run out of glucose.

Your body uses glucose as its primary source of energy, and when you eat carbohydrates, you get a lot of it.
However, your body would be frantically searching for its next glucose fix now that you have abstained from eating.
Every day, you could lose 2 kg (4.4 lbs).
This is because of the double blow of electrolyte imbalance and dehydration.
What follows then?
Your body would have become accustomed to the lack of food and be in ketosis.
Your body would begin to convert fat into energy rather than glucose at this point.
Don't be deceived; you might even feel a little better.
You are a broken unit.
Now, you'd live longer if you had more fat stored up.
However, you would only have muscle to break down once all of your fat is gone.
In case you missed it, your heart is a muscle-based organ.
This can be extremely risky.
Your pulse and blood pressure will drop when your heart doesn't have enough fuel.

This is because you can no longer pump blood normally.
At this point, all of your proteins would have been broken down, and you would barely be able to think.
This is because you would starve.
Your digestive system would be destroyed.
This would result in gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, and, my personal favorite, bacterial infections.
The situation would appear even worse.
You would feel weaker than ever because your body would be malnourished.
Various health issues, such as dizziness, headaches, and trouble concentrating, are possible.
You would continue to deteriorate over the course of the days.
You would experience more severe symptoms like extreme exhaustion, rapid weight loss, and muscle loss.
Additionally, you would need to be concerned about serious health issues like sepsis or kidney failure.
You, uh, don't look all that good.
You wouldn't be able to do much on your own and would be extremely weak.
In addition, you would be at high risk of organ failure and infection-related death.
Did you know that infectious diseases kill the majority of people, not starvation?
Yes, your immune system suffers from a lack of vitamins and minerals while you are constantly starving.
This makes you vulnerable to a wide range of harmful bacteria.
If you only ate water, you probably wouldn't last very long.
You would be severely undernourished and suffering from a slew of health issues.
But hey, you succeeded!
Additionally, we are currently delivering the medical personnel to you.
Did it pay off?
Well, not really, no.
A diet based solely on water is unsustainable in the long run.
A healthy diet that is well-balanced is essential.
However, it's kind of fascinating, isn't it?
You reached 70 days despite being on the verge.
What else can we try if the human body is so resilient?
What would happen if you only consumed Coca-Cola for a month?
Well, that's a story for another WHAT IF, so grab a soda from the fridge.
